Headed by Dr Charulata Bapaye, an expert gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon, the team of doctors at GEMS comprises of Dr Manish Dadpe , a qualified neonatal Surgeon, Dr. Neha Kulkarni, a anesthetist, Dr. Dolly Yadav, Assistant Doctor, Dr Vishakha Haridas , a Lactation Consultant , Dr. Suvarna Bhave, a physiotherapist, Dr Ashwini Joshi, for antenatal classes. The team has the knowledge and combined experience of 20 years to provide current care and comprehensive range of services within the clinic itself for your convenience .

GEMS Specialty Clinic for Women offers various treatments for infertility and had the infrastructure for procedures such as IUI( intrauterine inseminations). Till now over 300 women and men have been successfully treated for infertility at GEMS.

GEMS is also an ambassador for vaccination against cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is very common in India and affects one in 10 women. It has been our endeavor to spread awareness about cervical cancer and availability of a vaccine.
Since the inception Of GEMS, Dr Charulata has delivered over 2000 babies and done over 1500 laparoscpic as well as open surgeries. More than 3500 women have received treatment at GEMS.

GEMS Hospital & Endoscopy Centre is a 15 bedded Hospital With 10 private suits / 4 Semi private suits and a daycare room. We also have a State of the art Operation theatre equipped for Max. Invasive procedures and a separate Labour room with private setting. All the Private suits have A/c and a cable TV. All the rooms are Well-lit & furnished.

They have attached balconies overlooking lush green surroundings, extra bed for the relative, Attached Toilet and a Spacious storage space. Hospital also looks after the food arrangements for the patient and relatives.

In addition to this the Hospital has an in-house tea/ coffee vending machine.
